Jabatan membangunkan sistem pengurusan jurnal yang berasaskan Open Journal System (OJS) dari Public Knowledge Project (PKP). Oleh itu, bagi Journal of Academic Library Management (AcLiM) yang merupakan open-access dan peer-reviewed journal (refereed journal) oleh Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak, UiTM Shah Alam menggunakan platform OJS bagi menguruskan jurnal secara atas talian
