Cashlessin the Library

The UiTM Digital Library initiative has embraced a cashless approach, transforming users' interactions with library services. Now, all library transactions can be seamlessly completed using e-wallets, debit, or credit cards.

Additionally, users have the option to make payments through a secure online portal with a payment gateway, making the process even more accessible.

This cashless system simplifies and accelerates payment for library services and enhances security, offering a modern, user-friendly experience for everyone.

*A fine of more than RM1 can be paid online, while less than RM1 can be paid at the library counter using a card or e-wallet.

 Sesi Libat Urus dan Perkhidmatan Perpustakaan Digital Bersama Pejabat Polis Bantuan

Pada 1 Oktober 2024, Perpustakaan Perubatan Tun Abdul Razak telah menganjurkan sesi libat urus dan perkhidmatan perpustakaan digital bersama Pejabat Polis Bantuan. Sesi ini diadakan di makmal komputer perpustakaan dengan penyertaan seramai 25 orang peserta. Program ini berlangsung dari pukul 3.00 petang hingga 5.00 petang dan dikendalikan oleh penceramah berpengalaman, Puan Wan Rohani Wan Chin, Pustakawan Kanan, dan Puan Nurul Atika Harud Din, seorang pustakawan.

 

Tujuan utama sesi ini adalah untuk memberikan kesedaran kepada staf HASA mengenai kewujudan perpustakaan digital serta pendedahan tentang perkhidmatan dan fungsi portal MyKM. Dengan memperkenalkan portal ini, peserta diharapkan dapat memahami lebih lanjut tentang kemudahan yang disediakan oleh perpustakaan dan bagaimana ia boleh dimanfaatkan dalam tugasan harian mereka.

 

Selain itu, sesi ini juga bertujuan untuk menjalin hubungan baik dan kerjasama di antara perpustakaan dan jabatan. Melalui perbincangan yang dijalankan, peserta dapat memberikan maklum balas berkaitan perkhidmatan dan kemudahan perpustakaan. Input yang diterima adalah penting bagi tujuan penambahbaikan perkhidmatan perpustakaan agar lebih sesuai dengan keperluan pengguna.

 

Secara keseluruhan, sesi ini telah mencapai matlamatnya dengan baik, memberikan maklumat yang berguna kepada staf dan membuka ruang untuk kerjasama yang lebih erat antara perpustakaan dan Jabatan Farmasi HASA. Diharapkan, program-program seperti ini akan diteruskan pada masa akan datang bagi meningkatkan kesedaran dan penggunaan perpustakaan digital dalam kalangan staf.
